Tex's TEARS / Tournament Editor

The Tournament Editor lets you create and save events including any levels, payouts, tables or players you wish to keep track of. Then you can print out any information about any event that you wish. Through custom printer reports, you can control the appearance of all printed output, and even decide exactly what information is included in any report.

The Tournament Editor also includes many useful tools including the Level, Payout and Table Editors. Each of these tools is designed to efficiently perform a specific task.

The Level Editor makes setting up and printing out the levels for your event quick and easy. Besides being able to set up custom level templates that you can load into any event, you can add color-up levels just by clicking a button. The software figures out where to put them for you. The same is true of breaks in the event. Just tell the software how far apart you want the breaks and let the software do the rest.

The Payout Editor lets you set up custom payout templates and enter deals made by the players. Chip count splits, Costa Rican splits and stack value calculations are all taken care of for you. Prize pool payout amounts are calculated automatically for printing or display in the Tournament Clock. Just select a payout template and tell the software how many (or what percentage) of the players you would like to pay. Then you are free to take care of other tasks.

The Clock Layout Editor lets you create your own custom layouts for display in the Tournament Clock. Move, add and delete information from the screen and save your layouts for future use.

If you are using the Player Registration module, the Table Editor lets you set up the tables that will be used during the event. Quickly add, remove and renumber tables. As with the other editors, you can either select a previously saved template and go, or define a custom template that can be reused at any time in the future

Best of all, most features of the Tournament Editor are available at no cost when the Tex's TEARS system is used. To download the software now, click here.
